NWE's "Growing with Grands" program is spreading smiles and creating lasting memories! In a partnership with Legend Senior Living, PreK students are welcoming residents into their classrooms for a fun-filled time of reading, activities, and bonding. Grandparents of our PreK students are also invited to join in on the fun!
The children, seniors, and grandparents come together to craft, sing, play games, and share stories. It's a chance for everyone to learn from each other, share laughter, and build connections across generations.
"Growing with Grands" has quickly become a favorite activity for both the young and the young-at-heart. It’s a heartwarming reminder of how powerful it is when different generations come together to share joy and create new memories.
