Time: During Lunch and recess.  Ask your child his/her lunch time.

• Lunch 2 11:40-12:20

• Lunch 3 12:30-1:10

Location: Jenks West Intermediate, Front Lawn

What to Bring: Bring lunch for you and your student and a picnic blanket or lawn chairs. Your student can also get a cafeteria lunch and bring that to the lawn. 

At Arrival:  Check in with the staff members at the table. We will call for your child if he/she is not already waiting. Make sure your child knows ahead of time that you are attending. 

Description of Event: We'll have a variety of lawn games set up, including classics like cornhole, giant Jenga, ladder toss, and more! Whether you're a seasoned pro or trying these games for the first time, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, it's a fantastic way to get some fresh air and soak up the vibes.

This event isn't just about games—it's about building community and strengthening bonds through the Oklahoma State Board of Education’s (OSDE) Health Education Standards in addition to ‘Developing Problem Solving Strategies’ embedded in the OSDE Mathematics Standards.

JPS staff members will meet on these dates to collaborate, but students will not attend school in-person. Teachers will notify students of assignments via Canvas or other digital platforms.
